Event Information

A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve Tyler’s Party Room.

Final menu selection is required the week before your event is scheduled along with a final guest count. All charges are based on the final guest count, or the actual number of attending guests, whichever is greater.

Bar Options and Gratuities

There is a $50 Bar Set-up Fee that applies to all bar options. We offer several open bar packages, as well as a cash bar option. 

An 18% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges, excluding cash bars.

Booking Requirements

There is no minimum booking requirement, however parties are required to order from the banquet options and cannot order off the Tyler’s Bar and Grill menu. Substitutions and menu changes are available and can be discussed upon banquet selection.

Room Capacity

Tyler’s Party Room is handicapped accessible and can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests for seated or buffet meals, 120 guests for standing cocktail parties.

Payment Procedures

The final bill will be presented at the conclusion of your event. Tyler’s accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Cash payments. No personal checks will be accepted.

Decorations and Special Arrangements

Guests may decorate the room prior to the event. Unfortunately we cannot allow push pins, tape, tacks, or confetti to be used. Your banquet coordinator can make arrangements to store any cakes or specialty floral arrangements in a refrigerated area.

An audio visual system is available for use. A laptop computer is required if you are interested in making a presentation or have special music you would like to play.
